It is important for breastfeeding mothers to eat well in order to ensure that they are providing their baby with nutrients needed for healthy development. Eating balanced and nutritious food helps to ensure that the mother is providing the baby with all the essential vitamins and minerals that it needs.
Self-love is an essential part of a mother’s life, allowing her to grow, develop, and nurture herself. When mothers take the time to relax, take care of their physical and emotional health, and enjoy life, they are better able to take care of their family and children. Self-love creates a positive environment in which a mother can thrive, enabling her to be more patient, understanding, and supportive.
Our beautiful breastfeeding chocolate has been designed with mother and baby in mind, encouraging mother to take some time to nurture and nourish her body as she is giving so much of herself in this chapter of her Journey. Bare Self encourages mothers to stay connected with there own needs, finding balance and inner peace.

Choc Nut delight
Base:
3/4 cup of dates
35 grams of almond flour
vanilla
Mix in blender and press into tin, place in fridge.
Cream Layer:
1/3 soaked cashews (drain after a couple of hours)
1/8 cup coconut cream
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 almond flour
Blend together add to top of base, place in fridge.
Caramel:
Melt together
1 cup of nut butter (of your choice.)
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 cup of peanuts
Mix together and place over cream layer, now place in freeze for 1 hour
Cut in to square and dip into a saucepan of Bare Self breast feeding chocolate or for an easier option pour melted chocolate on top.
