There's no need to overdo it; whether it's taking a leisurely stroll, playing board games, or watching a movie, there are so many ways to kick back and enjoy. Spending time with loved ones can give us the break we need to return to work and the routine of life feeling energised. Time with family and friends can also help us to feel connected. Sharing stories over a cuppa for an hour or so, catching up on each other's lives with a picnic or BBQ, or creating memories on a road trip to the beach or the bush, these moments will last a lifetime.
Create memories in the kitchen with your loved ones! Here's a recipe for Avocado Chocolate Mousse:
Ingredients:
- 2 organic avocados
- 1/4 cup Kunara Organic Markets cacao
- 1 block of Her Chocolate (melted)
- 1/4 cup Chef's Choice certified organic coconut cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup Escuminac maple syrup
- COYO Dairy free Vanilla Bean coconut yoghurt
Method:
- Peel the avocados and remove the seeds.
- In a food processor, combine the avocados, cacao, melted Her chocolate, coconut cream, Escuminac maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Process the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to serving jars.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve with a dollop of COYO Vanilla Bean coconut yoghurt.
