Worlds Best hormonal balancing herb for women. Shatavari is known as the "queen of herbs" in Ayurvedic medicine and for good reason. Shatavari comes from the asparagus family and is scientifically known as asparagus racemosus.

Ayurveda is a natural medicinal practice that traditionally came from India and originated over 3000 years ago. The term Ayurveda means 'knowledge of life' and is the practice of balancing physical, emotional and spiritual purposes in alignment with the universe.
