  Her Chocolate 'Fix Bar' 

 
Ingredients:
Biscuit Base:
1 Cup Almond Meal
3/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
1/2 Cup Rice Malt Syrup
Caramel Centre:
3/4 Cup Cashew Butter
3/4 Cup Rice Malt Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
Chocolate Top:
2 Blocks of 'Her Chocolate' melted 
 
Method:
Combine Almond Meal, Coconut Flour, Coconut Cream and Rice Malt Syrup in a bowl and press into slice tin. Bake for 10 min on 180 degrees fan forced. (keep an eye out as some ovens are quicker than others). Set aside to cool.
Place Cashew Butter, Rice Malt Syrup & Vanilla in a saucepan and stir continuously over medium heat until melted and mixed together. Spread evenly over the base and pop in the fridge while you get started on your chocolate.
Melt 2 blocks of Her Chocolate over a medium heat and spread evenly on top of your fix bar! Pop in the fridge to cool. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
